Batch Statement Downloader is currently provided as a free extension. Since there are no charges or payments required to use the Extension, refunds are not applicable at this time.

Future Paid Features

If we introduce paid features, premium tiers, or subscriptions in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For any paid features or subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date if:

• You are not satisfied with the paid features
• The paid features do not work as described
• You experience technical issues that prevent use of paid features

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for paid features:

2. Include your purchase date and reason for refund request
3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase or subscription start date
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
• Changes to third-party banking websites that affect functionality (outside our control)

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based paid features (if introduced):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of unused subscription time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged

Free Features

The core functionality of Batch Statement Downloader will remain free. Any future paid features will be clearly marked as premium or paid upgrades. You will never be charged for features that were previously free.

EU Consumer Rights

For customers in the European Union:

• You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision
• We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
• If you have already started using paid features, you may be charged a proportional amount for the services provided
